RETURN POLICY
Returns
If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of the purchase date. Items must be in original, undamaged condition with packaging intact.
Non-Defective Returns:
For returns not related to quality issues (e.g., personal reasons), you will need to cover return shipping fees and any customs duties.
Refunds for non-quality issues apply only to the product’s cost, excluding shipping and handling fees.
Defective or Incorrect Items:
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact customer support. You may be asked to provide:
Order number
Proof of purchase
Photos or videos of the issue (if applicable)
Our team will review your request and guide you through the return or replacement process.
Processing Time:
It typically takes 7 business days from receiving your return to complete the process. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. PayPal refunds usually take 3–5 business days; credit card refunds may take 3–15 business days.
Important Notes:
Items purchased through other retailers are not eligible for returns through ustowood.com.
Return requests without a receipt may be refused.
The product must remain unused and in original condition.
Changing or Cancelling Orders:
If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us within 48 hours. Once an order is packed or shipped, changes and cancellations are not possible.
